DANGEROUS GAME WITH SEX TOY!!!!!!!!!!!

During my vacation i met with my old friend as we catch up for the long time on see,i noticed he was troubled and he was willing to share...His problem was to do with toys, something i had never thought of.....
He began by stating that early this years his wife had finally landed a long-sought promotion. But the promotion,he said was not without cost. She started spending a lot of time with some single women at the office, many of whom, according to him were wild and immoral.
His attempt to discourage her fell on deaf ears, not long into her promotion, she started going out every night neglecting him.Though they had earlier agreed to settle down and have children's,immediately after her promotion things changed.she told him that she had a right to her body and felt that it was not yet time to start a family....
Through his friends advised him to foot down as the man of the house,he opted out for dialogue and consultations. One day out of the blues, she introduced the use of sex toy into their marriage bed and although he had never used them he was very excited. At last he thought she was beginning to develop interest in sex,for a while things were great and the toys made her more interested in sexual games. He even imagined is was just a matter of time before they got a child, then out of the blue his wife withdraw from him again. She completely avoided the bedroom and argued that there was more to life than sexual satisfaction.
He noticed that his wife was spending too much time in the bathroom,When he was her happy place where she could relax, pray and write stuff in her journal.Though he found her explanation, strange he decided to not raise her and ignored the warning bells in his head. But last week he discoverde something that no man would want to find in his own home.he decided to come home unexpected with the intention of surprising his wife with a dinner at her favorite restaurant in town.
He walked into the bathroom only t her woman lost in ecstasy with with the sex toys.So engrossed was she that she never heard him walking in,that she would rather satisfy herself with toys was a bitter pill to swallow. His first reaction was to walk out on her and thier marriage but she pleaded with him and promised never to do it again.Nevertheless,he is still a troubled man,all i can say to him is,though sex toys can be used in some situation to help in the marital bed, obsession with them is not healthy. In thier case proffesional help would be the way to go.But should he feel that he cannot subject to a counselor, then for his own good he should run to the hills. No one can measure up to fantasy.............
WHAT WOULD BE YOUR ADVICE FOR HIM?

WOMEN ARE JUST AS VISUAL AS MEN!

"We want to eye the candy",a close female friend said,it was about the forthcoming safaricom sevens at nyayo national stadium. And this made me think and get down and write this blog
Men seem to think that women don't mind their potbellies, flabby behinds and man boobs....on the contrary, women are just as visual as men,and appreciate something nice and firm to stare at.This happen as the summer Olympics come to an end, those exiciting picture and the yummy rugby players showing the players image worked for chic and host of many ladies who won't dare miss the safari sevens to eye the candy.
Men (i)include we think otherwise but women too are visual creatures and they like to ogle, leer, dissect and analyse the male body. They may not have much to the work with as has,but here are few things thet am told they look at.The undisputed attention drawer is gluteus maximus-otherwise known as "the butt",there is something so primal, sensual and sexy about looking at a compact well-constructed behind, espicially when its encased in a pair of fine jeans
Their primordial instincts fuse with the visual desire, since they consider a well-shaped behind the perfect launch for thrust and tumble that comes with pleasurable pursuit....though scientists say that a firm butt is critical for sending those vital millions of male seed out on an assigment to locate and fuse with the elusive ovum.
So they don't fancy men who have excessively skinny bums, mainly because they look like they should be fed not fed upon. They also know that those skinny bums comes with sharp pelvis bones that can cause massive injuries to soft female tissues. In the same breath,am told overabundant behinds are somehow synonymous with obesity and sub-standard performance to make the matter worse, some men even have hips(oh may)and from the rear view one cannot make the proper gender distinction, which can be very harrowing.Of course, there is little you can do as a man if nature gave you hips, but perhaps a few squats would not hurt.
The perfect butt accessory and ogle factor number two,is the hip line. This is that line that leads from the the hip bone down to the pelvis, and that make a rather interesting "V"shape. There is something very raw, vircle and hot about a man's v-line....never knew about that and you?.And to prove this ladies and gents who don't believe what am saying would do well to watch D'Angelo's how does it feel video. This line only appears in full relief in athletic and fit guys, and it looks even better above a well-toned behind, did i just say that not i is what am told and heard and researched
Once they have inspected the man's derriere, they like to have a full frontal inspection. This is where a fine,well-shaped chest does the magic, especially when it's paired with a firm and broad back.A nice chest spells confidence and many women visualize spending hours laying their head on such a chest, sadly on this side of Sahara men have misguidedly come to believe that plump, big belly teddy bear are what they(ladies) like;we even take this further and tell ourselves that an abundant girth is an indicator of wealth, meaning that what a woman loses out in ogling pleasure is made up for the term of financial generosity.
Even the human anatomy expects will say that a chest that is concealed by layers of adipose deposits conjures images of death by suffocation,so closer you are to six pack, the better for all concerned.Though women are professed chest lover and huggers, they do like moderation, some men violate this rule and pump so much iron that they look like johnny bravo on steroids(for reference, please see the bouncer at your favorite night club). Many of these super-size blokes wear very small, tight shirts to show off thier physiques.when they are not show off, these bulky misters are knoewn to spend hours preering and posing in front of the mirrors in the gym, only women are allowed to hog the mirriors, gentlemen. And those barrol-like chests need to go.
Strange as this might seem, they also look at a man's hands, they like strong,well-maintained and most importantly,clean-hands.They understand that most of as men are not yet to embrace the whole mani-pedi business, but their mind go into fantasy land the minute the spot a man who have nice, well fingers. And there is nothing more disgusting than those overgrown pinkie nails that men nurture under misguided notion that they give men an aura of sexiness;we couldn't be more wrong.if every man paid attention to having a good butt, strong chest and groomed hand would be a happier lot.And if all men came in the same package as sportsmen that would be nirvana.Given the effort women make to give men something to ogle at daily:I think this is enough challenge......

Wealth is more than just a feeling

I have often been asked whether there is really a point when you know you have made enough money and can finally relax.
This is what I have come to understand, after years of working in this field. Having money on or with you is never the solution to anything, and will never be the source of personal fulfilment.
Say your magic number (the amount of money that you currently imagine will solve all your difficulties) today is Sh1 million. If you do get it, you will want Sh5 million more, and so on.
So that ‘feeling’ of fulfilment will never come; there will always be a new target in front of you and you will consistently find yourself falling short, no matter how much money you have.
Fostering change
We therefore need to stop looking at money as a solution, and see it as a tool that can be used to grow us and challenge us to change certain aspects of our character.
Most people want to get the Sh1 million without changing anything about themselves, which is really where the hard work is. Circumstances do not make a person; they reveal them, and what they need to work on.
For example, to make this Sh1 million, you need to foster discipline, and that may be the lesson your current situation is teaching you.
If you can’t consistently put aside Sh5 000 a month, bother to reconcile your bank statements or cut back on your 30 hours in front of the TV every week, don’t expect to make that million.
Finding fulfilment
Without the discipline, even if you did get that money, you would squander it. This is the reason why most people who get money overnight lose it very quickly.
Having the money does not resolve the core problems with their character.
Another thing to consider is that wealth is not a feeling. Euphoric feelings are flighty and temporary, and unfortunately, most of us are ruled by feelings.
You may not feel like cutting expenses, or you may not feel like getting up on Saturday to go to your investment group meeting.
What feels good is not always right. In the quest to chase what feels good and feel rich, we have got ourselves into major problems with our spending, debt, priorities and so on.
Since the ‘feel good’ factor only lasts a few seconds, we then need to look for something else, like new clothes or a bigger car.
Focusing on values

Without understanding that feelings should not dictate your actions, you can get your Sh1 million only to spend it on a temporary ‘feel good’ item and find yourself with the same problems.
Let your goals and everyday actions be underpinned by values, not just making money for the sake of it. You could work towards building investments that generate income so that you can spend time with family.
Your fulfilment will come not so much from the investments but from being able to spend time with family. You will find you are not being driven by what you feel but by that value.
Then the decision to cut down on expenses or spending time to create extra income is not seen as a sacrifice, but a choice.

KISS OF FIRE

You may conquer with the sword, but you are conquered by a kiss-Daniel Heinsuis(1580-1655)

A passionate kiss is often leads one thing or another.Quite unexpected from the sensual feeling that comes with it,there may lay a 'catch' ;kissing although sweet, can lead to infections.

In fact, there is a 'kissing disease' known as mononucleosis or mono. This is one of the prototypical sexual transmitted infection that lovers can get from some romantic interludes.Apart from mononucleosis, there are varied infections that can be spread through kissing, infections disease are spread through several means Oral transmissions refers to spread of microbes through saliva, food or drinks.

When a person accidentally consumes microbe-contaminated items such as saliva during kissing, the swallowing action of the tongue wipes the microbes against the back of the throat, allowing the microbes to enter the body.Infection such as mononucleosis are caused by Epstein-barr virus(EBV) and Cytomegalovirus(CMV),via oral transmission from virus containing saliva.

Kaposi sarcona is however caused by a Herpes virus known as Human Herpes Virus 8(HHV-8).The virus can also be transmitted through kissing.other infections microbes that spread through saliva do so by sticking to the inner surface of the cheeks and mouth, tongue or teeth. An example is the bacterium Streptococcus, which can cause an array of infections including gum disease and strep throat.

                                                         BIO  TIPS

              The reason why we kiss:science

Call it pecking,smooching,french-kissing or playing'tonsil-hockey',there are many names for kissing as there are many ways to do it.Whether we use it as informal greeting or an intensely romantic gesture, kissing is one of those ingrained human behaviours that seem to defy explanation
It's many purpose includes a blow-and -peck for a good luck  on   a dice, lips to the ground after a sweat cracking race, kisses in the air to an acquaintance, and the long slow smooches have different meaning yet are similar in nature

so why is it that we love to pucker up?

kissing is involved in the three main types of attraction human have
  •  sex drive, which is ruled by testosterone
  • romantic love, which is ruled by dopamine and other feel-good hormones
  • Attachment, which involves bonding chemicals like oxytocin
Kissing, evolved to help on all three fronts
  1. saliva, swapped during romantic kisses has testosterone in it:
  2. feel-good chemicals are distributed when we kiss that help fuel romance
  3. kissing also help unleash chemicals that promote bonding, which provides for long-term attachment necessary for raising offspring'

It's important to remember that the surface of the respiratory tract(nose, mouth and throat)are continuous and made up of similar tissue. As a result, microbes found in the saliva can generally be found in other parts of the respiratory tract. Therefore, even colds, flues and other respiratory infections can potentially be spread through the saliva.
Cold sores are caused by the Herpes simplex Virus-1(HSV-1).In contrast to infections spread through the saliva,HSV-1 is spread through open cold sores on the lips or near the mouth, although the infection is most contagious when the sore is open and leaking fluids.Hand, foot and mouth disease caused by coxsackie virus,is another infectious disease spread through open sores in the mouth,it's common in kids, especially those in day-care or pre-school setting because it mainly spread via the faecal-oral route;a common problem in day cares, since changing of diapers goes on all day.In contrast to cold sore and coxsackie virus blisters, canker sore have no infections disease origin and cannot be spread through the saliva or kissing.

HIV and Hepatitis B virus(HBV) are blood-borne and sexual transmitted disease that have been found in the saliva, despite the presence of HIV in saliva, there have never been any report of HIV transmission via this route. However, transmission of Hepatitis B virus through saliva has been well documented as well as Hepatitis A and B.saliva has a natural cleansing role provided by its flushing activity, other anti-microbial defences in the saliva include antibodies and other anti-microbial protein like lysomes and normal mouth flora(the 'good'bacteria that prevents growth of 'bad'bacteria)
The spread of infectious microbes through the saliva can occur when natural Resistance in the mouth is reduced, for example gum infections can occur in people with vitamin C deficiencies while thrush is caused by candida II yeast infections, which is more likely to occur in people who have been taking antibiotics.People who are dehydrated have reduced salivary flow and four time more bacteria in their mouths

The cruelest rule in sports: Track and field’s zero-tolerance false start policy

Usain Bolt seethes after a false start at the World Championships last year (Getty Images)
Only one outcome to his first Olympics would devastate U.S. sprinter Ryan Bailey more than not running fast enough to make the finals in the 100 meters or suffering an injury mid-race.
Anything would be better than a false start.
A late bloomer who didn't set foot on a track until his sophomore year of high school and focused more on football than sprinting until late in his senior year, Bailey has worked relentlessly ever since to harness his raw talent. The 23-year-old Oregon native can hardly bear to consider how frustrating it would be to have all those hours of conditioning, weightlifting and speed drills go for naught because of an ill-timed flinch in the starting blocks.
"That's the worst-case scenario," Bailey said. "I even feel like a false start is worse than getting hurt because you don't get a chance to run. To be automatically out before you take one step, that's the worst possible feeling."
Fear of false starting is more prevalent among sprinters and hurdlers at this year's Olympics than any in the past because of a controversial rule change put into effect two years ago. Instead of charging a first false start to the field with the second disqualifying the offending runner, the new rule ousts athletes the first time they false start.
That zero-tolerance policy is as cruel and unforgiving as any rule in sports, more sudden than a sixth foul in the NBA Finals, more damaging than a red card at the World Cup and more common than an unsigned scorecard at one of golf's majors. It has induced tantrums from otherwise mature adults and waylaid some of the legends of the sport.
At the World Championships in Daegu, South Korea last August, 100 meters world record holder Usain Bolt pulled his shirt over his face and slapped a wall in anguish after leaving the blocks early in the finals of his signature race. Only one day earlier, meet officials had to escort a shell-shocked Christine Ohuruogu off the track in shock after the 2008 Olympic 400 meters champ lost focus and false started in a preliminary round.

Those mishaps and a handful of lower-profile disqualifications have some in track and field circles worried fans will be deprived of the chance to see some of the sport's greatest stars run in London. Four-time Olympic gold medalist Michael Johnson told the Daily Mirror this past weekend that "he's absolutely concerned that we could lose a Bolt." Kellie Wells, a contender in the women's 100-meter hurdles, echoed those sentiments earlier this week.
"With the crowd noise at big meets when there are marquee athletes on the track, it's very, very possible somebody gets disqualified," she said. "I just pray, knock on wood, that it's not me and has nothing to do with my race."
What led international track and field's governing body to alter the false-start rule was the desire to streamline the sport and eliminate gamesmanship.
Christine Ohuruogu holds her face in her hands after a false start at the World Championships (Getty Images)Under the old rules, sprinters or hurdlers notorious for slow reaction times would attempt to gain an edge by guessing when the starting pistol would fire, knowing the penalty would be charged to the field rather than to themselves. The multiple false starts slowed down meets and made it difficult for TV networks working within a specific timeslot.
In their zeal to make the sport more TV friendly, IAAF officials failed to consider the consequences of their ham-handed rule change. TV executives would rather telecasts exceed a time limit by a couple minutes than deprive viewers of the chance to see some of the sport's main attractions race.
"The sport suffers when Christine Ohuruogu and Usain Bolt get thrown out of Worlds," four-time Olympic medalist and NBC track and field analyst Ato Boldon said. "They changed the rule saying they were trying to save time on television, but that did not work. That has not been the case. The reason the rule hasn't been changed back is you have an organization that's trying to save face."
Since the IAAF ignored the global outcry after Bolt's disqualification last August, sprinters and hurdlers harboring dreams of an Olympic medal in 2012 have tried to adjust to the new rules. Most have said they they'll be more cautious than usual in preliminary rounds and they will simply react to the gun in the final rather than risk trying to guess when the starter's pistol will go off.
Tianna Madison, one of the U.S. sprinters trying to dethrone the Jamaicans in the women's 100 meters, spends two or three practice sessions a week perfecting her reaction time and acceleration out of the blocks. Coach Raina Reider hasn't discussed a strategy with Madison because she has yet to false start this year, but he expects her and her peers instinctually to be a bit timid, especially since the computerized starting blocks at the Olympics are designed to catch every twitch.
[ Related: Double amputee Oscar Pistorius will run in the Olympics ]
"I think the reaction times are going to be bad," Reider said. "I think people are going to be a lot more cautious. I don't foresee anyone making the same mistake Bolt did last year. The fan is going to suffer because sprinters aren't going to run as fast. Slower reaction times will be the norm."
At an Olympics in which rain, wind and chilly temperatures could already be detrimental to fast times, the last thing sprinters and hurdlers need is another impediment. That's why it's disappointing to athletes like Bailey that Bolt's disqualification wasn't enough to force the rule to be changed back.
An underdog in a field that includes Bolt, Yohan Blake, Tyson Gay and Justin Gatlin, Bailey knows he won't be able to overcome a sluggish start in a race that lasts less than 10 seconds. He intends to react out of the blocks the way he always does and hope it works to his advantage.
"People are going to be starting really timid," Bailey said. "They're not going to risk it. It's a once-in-a-lifetime chance for a lot of people. It only comes around every four years. If you false start this, it's going to haunt you for a while."

THE NEGLECTED VERANDAS

In the recent past we have witness fight between city askari, police and the hawkers in the capitals verandas. Some have fall prey of smelling nostrils cracking scent of teargas and ran all over,i too was not spared and that what directed me to the street and know the plight of the street vendors.
A preview about the market Muthurwa market was set up by the government in 2007 in a bid to provide hawkers in Nairobi with a more permanent selling space. The downside is that hawkers go where the market goes, and many buyer who give life to the street hawkers will not go to the market. The market has been branded the "monument of poor workmanship. The artitectual Association of Kenya said the market was poorly designed and many aspects overlooked
The complex has degenerated into a den of muggers where hawkers and matatu operators jostle for space

Most hawkers are afraid to speak  about their misery of being shot at while breaking city by-laws,police brutally leaves many city hawkers suffering in silence.Chilling details of police endanger the lives of Nairobi residents by shooting indiscriminately as they kick hawkers off the streets can be laid bare today.

Several hawkers have come out to display bullet wounds sustained during the shooting mostly during evening busy hours, when streets are jam packed as people walk to bus stop heading home.In May 2009,a stray bullet killed a civil servant and businessman was seriously injured as police confront hawkers in the heart of Nairobi.Deputy police spokesman Charles owino defended the use of arms saying hawkers use excessive force against police, however Kenya National Commission on Human Right(KNCHR)argues that while police are allowed to use firearms where there's a threat of life, the protests by hawkers don't fit in this category.
The former chairman KNCHR Mr Omar and deputy spokesman Charles Owino said the public would soon have a credible forum to complain about police brutality once the Independent police oversight Authority is set up.

Stephen Waweru, the chairman of Central Business District Hawkers Association and also a hawker however maintain police are culpable claiming they are mistreated as some council askaris try to ward off competition for their wares, which are placed in strategic points.'Some asks have employed hawkers who sell their goods as certain streets without been touched. Why are they treating us like armed thugs yet we are just looking for daily bread?'Mr waweru said.He claims that due to involvement in the fight for the right of his members, some unknown people have threaten him with death and his case is being handled by the Release Political Prisoners Human Right Lobby Group.

Solution on this matter according to a new study is calling an the government to allocate space for the street vendors and stop treating them as outcasts. The study Negotiating"streets for all"in urban transport planning:The case for pedestrians, cyclists and streets vendors in Nairobi,Kenya, fault policy makers in Nairobi for neglecting these groups in policies.Neglecting of pedestrian, cyclists and street vendors in transport planning in different parts of the world reveals the persistence of inequality in the development and provision of trade and transport space that urgently needs to be examined and challenged as part of an effort to promote equality in urban and transport planning

EXPONENTIAL POTENTIAL

  • Youngest member in Team Kenya to join champions Helen Obiri and Eunice Sum in 1,500-metre race at the Olympics

A hat trick of athletics world titles besides an Africa crown has just heightened 18-year-old Faith Chepng’etich’s thirst for Olympic glory.
Likening the forthcoming London Summer Games to the proverbial David versus Goliath battle, the new World Junior 1,500-metre champion believes she is mature and ready for the big league.
Still basking in the 2011 World Cross Country junior and 2010 World Youth 1,500-metre glory, Chepng’etich couldn’t have chosen a better place to announce her intentions than at the just ended World Junior Championships in Barcelona, Spain.
Form Four student
The 18-year-old form four student at Winners Girls High School in Keringet warmed up for the Olympic Games with a dominant 1,500m victory, erasing a decade standing championship record with new time of 4:04:96 seconds.
Chinese Liu Dong held the previous time of 4:05.14 set on September 20, 1992 in Seoul, Korea.
Chepng’etich, who is the youngest member in Team Kenya, will join the World Indoor 3,000-metre champion Helen Obiri and Africa 1,500-metre silver medallist Eunice Sum in 1,500m at the Olympics.
“I’m now used to competing at high level with senior athletes; its time to join the big league. I know London won’t be a piece of cake, but I shall go there well prepared and ready to out-muscle the big girls,” said Chepng’etich on arrival from Barcelona on Tuesday.

“My trip to London will just be like when a fearless David descended to the Valley of Elah to face Goliath,” Chepng’etich said.
“Just like David, fear has never been in my running vocabulary. I intend to battle to the final.”
Just how Chepng’etich managed to manoeuvre both competitive athletics and school is something many athletes would envy.
Chepng’etich has always brought along books at major championships.
“My teachers have been supportive as they give me some work which I get to do when I am off training,” Chepng’etich said.
“Studying in between races has really helped me wade off any distractions.”
Chepng’etich carried her mathematics books along with several assignments to Barcelona.
“I had several assignments, which I managed to do when I wasn’t training,” said the soft-spoken Chepng’etich. “By the way, mathematics is my favourite subject.”
Her parents Samuel and Linah Koech, who were at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to welcome their daughter, expressed their gratitude to Winners High School management for their support.
Winners High School principal Maryline Lasoi was also at the airport to welcome Chepng’etich and classmate Mercy Chebwogen, who also won the 3,000m title at the WJC.
“I am so happy and proud of them since they just brought home what I asked of them,” Ms Lasoi said. “I believe Chepng’etich will perform well in London.”
Ms Lasoi added: “What amazes me most is that Chepng’etich has remained humble and disciplined in class despite all the accolades.”
Chepng’etich’s journey to stardom perhaps started when she qualified to represent Kenya at the 2009 World Cross Country in Amman, Jordan. However, Chepng’etich, was dropped from the team because of her tender age at that time — 15.
She finally made it for the 2010 World Cross Country Championships in Bydgoszcz, Poland where she finished fourth behind winner Mercy Cherono, Purity Cherotich and Esther Chemtai.
